In my previous post, I wrote about my transition from a standard USDA diet to a carnivorous diet and how it improved my health in the face of what my doctor and the rest of the mainstream media and government espoused. My fat decreased, my muscle increased, my HDL went up, my blood glucose went down, and all of my digestive issues disappeared.
